Born 2 and a half years in Konoha after Tachi Uchiha graduated from the Academy. He was the son of a Kenpo master, Jintei Kirik Ouken who was at par with Might Guy in taijutsu in his youth as well as an ANBU lieutenant in his squad and Meilin Ouken, a master of medicines and herbs who also leads a special team of medical skill rivaling the Sannin Tsunade. Originally born Jinrai Ouken, a Chinese looking kid growing up with a queue for hair and a sleeveless kung fu uniform,usually white and black. One day coming from the Academy from training with the genin Rock Lee, he walks in, front training smiling and sees his father conversing with Hiashi Hyuuga and Guy at the same time discussing an issue. "Jinrai, I want you to go to your room." Jintei said firmly. " Jinrai nods humbly. "Yes father." He salutes, giving his respect to the masters then ran up to his room. "What is the meeting about?" he asked. After the conversation Jintei called him down from his room. "Jinrai, I'm going to go on a mission for the Anbu black ops. If I don't return in a 3 days, I want you to have this." Jintei reaches with his right hand to his right hand side of his waist as he handed Jinrai a scroll. "But father, in 3 days the graduation will start. I want you to be there. But, I understand father." Jinrei replied. "Make sure you protect your mom for me, ok?" Jintei said, rubbing his right hand on Jinrai's head. "Now that is all son." Jintei said to him. "Oh father, can we train in taijutsu, please?" Jinrai asked frantically. Jintei nods and they walked out in the backyard and practiced til nightfall. The next day in the academy a Chunin sensei lectures the class about taijutsu. Jinrai smirked, realizing that hand to hand was his specialty in the academy and was ranked #3 of the best rivaling Rock Lee and Neji. The sensei walked out the school and presents us wooden dummies with outward posts as limbs. Jinrai took this a challenge and said "All right, time to show the Leaf what the Ouken family really do." He stances like his father would showing the respect of the form and charges and does a jumps up forward ,twisting his waist to the right making his body turn in a 360 and performs an axle kick with his right leg to the post's right side. He lands with his left foot forward,giving his stance leftward and performs a left elbow and hits the dummy's right ribcage. After he connects, he grabs the posts' left arm and kicks the posts' upper torso with the left foot 6 times rapidly. He lets go and sprints back spinning off in a reversal and stands where he originally positioned. He pauses to inhale as he sprints off his right foot like a spring to reach the dummy with a right palm to the chest adding air as a medium to transmit the chakra into the post. As it connects the pose the force makes a wave of force, pushing the post 37ft back until it hits the wall and on contact withthe wall it makes a crack on the surface. (c) Kishimoto-san
